1. Log in to MigrationStudio and Select the User Migration Screen
  2. Select the User or Users you wish to add an Application
  3. Right click on the selection and chose "Assign Applications"



  1. when prompted that you will be updating multiple applications click OK


  1. On the Application Mapping screen use the filters to find the applications you wish to map
  2. Select the application you wish to add
  3. Click "Map Specific (Revision ID" to add the application to al the users selected. This can be repeated for additional apps
  4. Alternatively, you can "Raise a New Application" request



NOTE:

In order to carry out this operation you must have rights to 

  • "Edit all Users & Machines" or "Edit Blueprint restricted - Users & Machines"
  • Map Applications
